Shipping policy


Orders placed for in-stock items usually ship within 2-5 business days from order placement. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will begin processing on the following business day. Items ordered together may ship separately.

Free Economy Shipping in INDIA orders over ₹1000*
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout to orders ₹1000+ in India(after discounts and before taxes), with some exclusions that apply, such as select Planter, rugs, non-standard items, expedited shipping costs, and deliveries outside the India.

Please note that expedited shipping is currently unavailable due to shipping carrier limitations.

*Some items on our site require a little extra care due to their size and/or weight of this product. In these cases, Oversized Item Shipping charges will be incurred at checkout as stated in the Details section of the item’s product page.

Processing Time

The custom made-to-order and may take up to 5-8 business days to process and ship.

*In the event of weather disturbance, carrier-determined guaranteed ship times may change.

International Shipping
Although our goal is to find a delivery solution for all of our Potwala customers worldwide, we are unable to ship internationally at this point in time. Stay tuned for future service developments as we continue to expand our reach!

Special Exceptions
Our shipping and processing charges are meant to compensate our company for processing your order, packing your products, delivering them to you, and related overhead. Shipping to some destinations, especially rural domestic addresses, require one or more additional business days to deliver.

Backorders
We may need to postpone shipping if a product is not immediately available. We will ship backordered items as soon as they are back in stock. In the event of a delay, please contact us on Potwala34@gmail.com

Lost or Missing Packages
You have up to 2 days after an item is marked as delivered to report your missing package. TBH is not responsible for lost packages reported beyond 2 days post-delivery. Please ensure that you provide a valid shipping address that is attended and will be monitored during the day if your mail area is not secure.
